Cindi Brindley
Executive Director
Cindi’s professional journey began in the customer service industry over 42 years ago, instilling in her a deep appreciation for human interaction and meaningful relationships. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, she transitioned into business management, honing her leadership skills and understanding of organizational dynamics.
In 2008, seeking a more fulfilling vocation, Cindi became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and worked closely with seniors. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for her healthcare career. By 2010, she became a Nurse, working in skilled nursing and home health settings, dedicated to compassionate care and patient advocacy.
Returning to Nashville, Cindi found her true calling in assisted living communities, igniting a passion for working with seniors. In 2016, she opened a new community, serving as Director of Nursing and Assistant Director. This experience reinforced her commitment to serving seniors with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Today, as an Executive Director, Cindi leads with dedication and purpose. She strives to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families, walking alongside them on their journey of aging with grace and dignity.
Cindi has two grown children and one grandchild. During her free time, she enjoys swimming, boating and spending time with her family.
